Fueled with an intense passion to better serve the dairy industry and in a time of economic uncertainty, Brian Slater successfully brought Mill Haven Foods into the spotlight in the summer of June 2010. With many years of industry experience, Brian brings the joy and opportunity of new business to the New Lisbon community. Today Mill Haven Foods stands as a 77,000 square foot processing plant, staffs over 50 full-time employees, and is stacked with state-of-the-art machinery designed specifically for quality blending of dry dairy powders. Mill Haven Foods is an area of high growth potential, expecting to provide more permanent full-time new jobs in the near future.

Brian know’s the mechanics of food ingredient distribution and manufacture well. His many years of dairy marketing and manufacturing experience serves as a stepping stone into building strong customer relationships and expanding an already well-established network of regional, national, and global food ingredient suppliers and manufacturers throughout the nation.
